[MTARC-List] MTARC VE Session

Hello Everyone,
Here is a summary of our last test session. Thank You to all of the VEs that helped put it on. There were 6 people taking tests, 5 took and passed the Technician license, 1 passed and 1 attempted the General and there was one attempt at Extra. In all 4 new Technicians licenses were earned and 1 new General license was earned.
