Changing your address | ||||||||||||||||||||||
The server's software builds each subscription around an e-mail address. If you wish to change your address, unsubscribe the old address (see below), then resubscribe at the new address.
Troubleshooting | ||||||||||||||||||||||
You may get more reliable delivery of these mailings by entering "duf-digest@lists.pongonova.org" in your address book and, if your ISP uses any sort of "safe sender" or "approved sender" list, entering "duf-digest@lists.pongonova.org" in it. If your ISP uses any contracted spam filter or firewall, such as Barracuda, enter "duf-digest@lists.pongonova.org" in the whitelist.
If you will receive these mailings in Gmail or Yahoo, you may initially find them in spam or junk folders. To keep this from reoccurring, you should find options to create filters that will no longer treat the mailings as spam. You may need to designate a new folder (e.g., "DUF") where they will subsequently be sent.
If you stop receiving these mailings without having taken any action to stop them, use your password to log in to your account. You may see that they are being blocked by your ISP or that your subscription has already been disabled due to excessive "bounces." In the latter case, you can try removing the check from the "nomail" box (alongside which you will see a "B," if that was the case). In either case, you need to contact your ISP, to complain that they are denying you service for which you pay.
